Adrian Jarrett produced all the CAD drawings both architectural and building regulations submission for our extension.

This was a complex project combining an old 1800’s flint cottage with the latest building technology together with sensitive planning issues particularly with the relationship between the old and new and relative scaling. The project involved extensive internal remodelling and renovation.

Adrian provided all drawings to meet our programme and remained involved until all planning /building regulation issues had been resolved. Building Regulation approval was achieved with very few queries which is testament to Adrian’s knowledge and ability.
